biography

Since graduating in 2013 from the International Academy of Massage (Ottawa, Ontario), I have additionally been trained in Contemporary Cupping, Sports Massage and Full Body ART (Active Release Treatment), and continuously expanding my skillset.

As a massage therapist, understanding your unique needs and helping you achieve wellbeing throughout your life’s journey is my passion.

Being comparative in high level motorcycle racing gives me a unique perspective to use the best treatment options for athletes to reach their maximum performance.

I am also fluent in French and English.
